1. Definitions

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" — refers to the now32 website and all services associated with it.
• "Player" or "User" — refers to an individual who registers or uses now32 services.
• "Account" — refers to the account registered by a player to access the platform.
• "Real Money" — refers to funds deposited into an account for betting purposes.
• "Bonus" — refers to credits or incentives granted by now32 subject to certain conditions.
• "Qualifying Wager" — refers to the total amount of bets that must be reached before bonus money can be withdrawn.

Any other terms not defined here shall be interpreted according to their common context and intent within the online gambling industry.

2. Player Eligibility

To qualify as a registered now32 player, the individual must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Register only one account in their own name — multiple accounts by one individual are not permitted.
• Provide accurate and complete personal information during registration.
• Not be an employee, partner or immediate family member of a now32 employee.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, and bear full responsibility for complying with applicable local laws.

now32 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time. Verification via a copy of the identity card (MyKad) or relevant document may be required before any withdrawal is processed.

3. Account Registration & Management

During the registration process, players are required to provide their full name, mobile number, active email address and any information needed for verification purposes. All such information must be accurate and up to date.

Players are fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential. now32 will not be liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of a password to a third party. Players are advised to:

• Use a strong and unique password for their now32 account.
• Not share login details with anyone.
• Log out after every session on the platform, especially on shared devices.
• Notify now32 immediately if the account is suspected to have been accessed without authorisation.

Each player is only permitted to hold one account. Accounts found to be duplicates may be suspended and balances may be forfeited at now32's discretion.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

now32 accepts financial transactions through the following methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Hong Leong Bank and other banking institutions that support FPX)
• Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH)

The minimum deposit is RM20 per payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is approved.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method or a method belonging to the same player. now32 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual activity is detected.

Any attempt to defraud the payment system, including chargebacks or fraudulent transactions, will result in immediate account suspension and the matter being reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

now32 offers various promotions to registered players, subject to the conditions stated for each promotion. A first-time welcome bonus is currently available for new players:

• A bonus of 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,000.
• The wagering requirement is 15 times the total bonus received.
• Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Qualifying wager RM100 × 15 = RM1,500.
• Another example: Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM3,200 → Qualifying wager RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash before the wagering requirement is fully met. now32 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is abuse or any attempt to manipulate the wagering conditions. Players who re-register or hold multiple accounts are not eligible to receive new bonuses.

Other promotions such as VIP cashback, birthday bonuses and reload offers may be made available from time to time at now32's discretion. Details and conditions for each such promotion will be stated separately.

6. Player Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the now32 platform:

• Registering multiple accounts with the intent to accumulate bonuses or exploit the system.
• Using automation software, bots or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using funds obtained illegally for deposit purposes — now32 complies with anti-money laundering guidelines.
• Abusing the customer support system, including making false claims or acting aggressively towards support staff.
• Attempting to access platform systems through unauthorised means or hacking attempts.

Any breach of these terms may result in permanent account suspension or termination, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

now32 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any player for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Registration using false information or another person's identity.
• Suspicious activity or conduct potentially involving financial fraud.
• A request by a lawful authority.
• Account closure at the player's own request.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting now32 customer support. Before closure, any eligible real money balance will be processed for withdrawal according to the standard procedure, while bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited.

8. Liability Limits

now32 is not responsible for any losses, damages or service disruptions arising from:

• Technical failures beyond now32's control, including internet service disruptions or third-party server outages.
• Actions by players that violate these terms and conditions.
• Use of an account by an unauthorised party due to the player's own negligence.
• Game outcomes arising from the normal operation of a certified random number generator (RNG).

All games at now32 operate using RNG technology that has been certified by an independent third party to ensure the fairness and integrity of every spin and game outcome.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

now32 is committed to protecting players' personal information in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act. Information collected is used solely for identity verification, transaction processing and service improvement.

10. Responsible Gambling

now32 provides responsible gambling tools to all players, including:

• Deposit limits that players can set themselves.
• A voluntary break (cooling-off period) from the platform.
• Self-exclusion for a set period or permanently.
• Access to 24/7 customer support for players who need assistance.

11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered as the player's acceptance of the updated terms. Players who do not agree with the relevant amendments should stop using the platform and may contact customer support to close their account.

These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the international licensing principles under which now32 operates. Any disputes that arise will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism established by the relevant licensing body.
